Customer Activity Feed

We built a way for you to analyze customer behavior inside your ARPU account. Subscribers can make changes to their next order from our email, from their portal, or from some other tool in your stack. It can be tricky to investigate customer issues when they have multiple paths to make changes.

From the Upcoming view inside ARPU, you can now search and drill down into individual email addresses to see a timeline of what happened and when, including delays, click throughs, and upsell purchases. You can also see which campaign the subscriber matched and the charge ID.

This feature is live and already activated for your account. We hope this feature makes it easier for your team to investigate and solve customer issues. Let us know what you think!

Subscription Upsells

You can now feature subscriptions in your upsell block, giving subscribers the option to choose either the subscription or just a 1-time on the ARPU checkout page.

Once enabled, this feature will add an additional option to the subscription products in your upsell block, and it works the same way as our super-speedy 1-time purchase flow.

Collections Campaigns

We added a way to create new custom campaigns based on Shopify Collections. It works similarly to the custom campaigns you already use, but has the benefit of allowing you to configure your campaign's upsell block to automatically update itself based on changes you make to specific Shopify collections.
