Improved Product and Delay Analytics

Get better visibility into your most popular upsells and your most delayed products with the newest data on your ARPU Reports Page (details below).

We're rolling this out in batches, so if you don't see it in your account yet, check back later this week.

This is the second release of a series of analytics updates that will allow you to dive deeper into your performance data to see what's working in your upcoming charge notifications.

Feature Highlight

See Your Most Upsold And Delayed Products

The new Products and Delay section of your Reports Page gives you an in-depth look at your most upsold products and most delayed products.

Here's the new data you'll find:


  • Top 10 upsell products (and the specific product variant)
  • Total revenue from each product
  • % of total upsell revenue
  • Total # of upsells for each product


  • 10 most delayed products (and the specific product variant)
  • Revenue retained for each delayed product type (measures successful charges after delays)
  • Total delays for each product
  • Delays / email for each product
  • Revenue retained from all delays
  • Total number of delays across your entire store
  • Total delays / email

All upsell and delay metrics can be filtered by date ranges.

Let subscribers skip an upcoming order from the Delay page of your upcoming shipment notification. Enable this feature at the bottom of the Delay Settings Page in your ARPU account.

Variant Swaps

Let subscribers swap variants from their upcoming shipment notification.

Subscription Upsells

Give subscribers the option to add a subscription product in addition to purchasing 1-time products on the ARPU checkout page.

Prepaid Subscription Notifications

Send upcoming shipment notifications to subscribers with prepaid subscriptions.
